Prior to creating Patch, Pat co-founded Ambrose Property Group and was responsible for development and construction of industrial, office, and mixed-use projects. He graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Pat now resides in Westfield with his wife, Jackie, and two girls Sloan and Quinn. When not in the office, he spends his time golfing, working out and spending time on the lake with boating activities.
Andrew is responsible for the pursuit and execution of development projects. Prior to Patch Development, he has been an executive, owner and senior general counsel of multiple companies where he oversaw legal and development projects and was involved with projects ranging from the development of small and large residential subdivisions, to building multi-family apartments, to mixed-use buildings in the Carmel Midtown project and the redevelopment of GM Stamping Plant (Waterside). Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Finance with Minors in Business and Economics from Indiana University (Bloomington) and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Hofstra University. Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include coaching youth sports, basketball, golf and reading.
Keith is responsible for the investment analysis and financing of real estate developments at Patch. In addition, he is tasked with developing institutional capital partnerships and capital markets research. Keith has experience in all facets of real estate from acquisition/disposition, development, to construction and management. Having worked on varied types of projects, from healthcare, single and multi-family housing, office, industrial and self-storage; he has a wide breadth of knowledge in these spaces. Keith graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Public Finance. Keith lives in Fishers with his wife and three children. In addition to watching his kids play sports, he enjoys golf and spending time in the outdoors.
