Mouratoglou center aims to add prestige to tennis scene

In the biggest tennis facility news in central Indiana since the Indianapolis Tennis Center stadium closed in 2010, Mouratoglou Tennis Centers announced plans last month to open a location in Noblesville.
Patrick Mouratoglou, a celebrity coach known for working with Serena Williams, Coco Gauff and Simona Halep, operates tennis centers in Italy, Greece, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and other countries. Noblesville will be home to the 10th Mouratoglou Tennis Center in the United States.
Patch Development looking to develop 220 acres in Lebanon

Fishers-based Patch Development LLC has submitted plans to the city of Lebanon to develop 220 acres south of Hickory Junction, a 95-acre mixed-use development by Noblesville-based Card & Associates Athletic Facilities.
Patch is seeking to rezone the property that is also bounded by S.R. 39 to the west, Tyre Road to the south and John Shaw Boulevard to the east from general business to the Patch Limp Farms Planned Unit Development.

Noblesville has been selected for USA Gymnastics' proposed training and wellness center and new office headquarters, the organization announced Sept. 23.
The new home of USA Gymnastics is planned to be built in the city’s Innovation Mile, which is already home to The Arena at Innovation Mile, where the NBA G League Affiliate of the Indiana Pacers play their home games.

Gared Performance Sports NEW HQ IN NOBLESVILLE, IN

Sports-equipment manufacturer Gared Performance Sports Systems plans to move its headquarters from one part of Noblesville to another, adding about 175 jobs in the process, the city announced Tuesday.
Currently located at 146th Street and Herriman Boulevard in Noblesville, the company will relocate to the Deer Creek Business Park on the city’s east side, near Interstate 69 and Hamilton Town Center.
The company plans to retain 125 jobs in the move, according to the city, and create an additional 175.
Construction on the new, $35 million, 300,000-square-foot facility is expected to begin this month, with a grand opening date set for August 2026.
Electric vehicle maker Rivian planning service center in Fishers

California-based electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian has submitted plans to the city of Fishers to build a service center adjacent to Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport and near the new Cadillac Formula One headquarters.
Rivian plans to build the 41,700-square-foot service center on 6.3 acres north of East 96th Street and between Willow View Road and Masters Road. On Thursday morning, the Fishers Technical Advisory Committee examined plans for the Rivian facility that would be built by Fishers-based Patch Development LLC. The project will continue moving through the city’s approval process.
Venue unveils new branding and launches website

The Arena at Innovation Mile is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose sports venue in Noblesville, Indiana. Located within Hamilton County, just 30 minutes north of Indianapolis, The Arena will open in the summer of 2025. The 123,000-square-foot venue can seat up to 4,200 for event-specific configurations and will be home to the Indiana Pacers Sports & Entertainment G-League franchise. The Arena will also host a variety of sports and entertainment events, including private and corporate events.
